This structured crinoline is formed and fashioned into a beautiful 12” long
triple bow fascinator with a center of hand wrapped crystals.
It is then sewn on to a 10mm silk wrapped headband which is very flexible to ensure ultimate comfort and accented with a cluster of hand wrapped
crystals.
Extremely elegant and stunning on, this piece is definitely festive and a
statement maker.

We made it here in black crinoline with sparkling Montana Ab crystals and the headband is wrapped in Navy silk.
